不同精饲料量对尿中PD及肌酸酐排出量的影响

摘　　要：本试验选用波尔-隆林杂交山羊,采用嘌呤法,进行3×3拉丁方设计,研究相同粗料量(鲜象草2.5kg),不同精料采食量(分设A:0.5kg/头/天、B:0.34kg头/天、C:0.18kg/头/天三个处理)对尿中PD及肌酸酐排出量的影响。结果表明:干物质的消化率、有机物的消化率、粗蛋白的消化率、日沉积氮随精料的减少均显著下降(P<0.05);日排出粪氮、尿氮和日沉积氮也显著下降(P<0.05);排出粪能以处理B最低,排出尿能尿能基本稳定(P>0.05);能量代谢率ME/DE很稳定在89%左右(P>0.05);尿中PD总排出量显著下降(P<0.05),从12.13mmol/d降为10.83mmol/d,降低了10.7%,黄嘌呤+次黄嘌呤的排出量较尿囊素和尿酸小,肌酸酐排出量不受进食精料量的影响;PDC指数显著下降,而C值在各处理间稳定。This experiment used the method of purine derivatives （PD） and 3 × 3 Latin square design with Boer-longlin hybrid goats, to study the effect of feeding same level Elephant-grass （2.5kg/d） and different concentrate ration（Three concentrate ration levels： A： 0,5; B： 0.34; C： 0,18 kg/d） on urinary excretion of PD and creatinine of goat. The results were： The apparent digestibility of DM,OM, CP and the aggradation nitrogen everyday were decreased when intake level of concentrate ration was decreased; Fecal. urine nitrogen and total nitrogen were significantly decreased by concentrate ration level（P〈0.05）; The fecal energy of treatment B is minimum, the urine energy is stable（P〉0.05）; The digestibility of energy ME/DE,% was very stable（P〉0.05）; Urinary excretion of PD was significantly decreased with the decreasing concentrate ration level （P〈0.05）, from 12.13 to 10.83mmol/d, reduced 10,7%, urinary excretion of xanthine and hypoxanthic is less than allontoin and uric acid; Urinary excretion of Creatinine was not significantly affected by concentrate ration level（P〉0.05） ;PDC index was significantly decreased （P〈0,05）; but C [PD/（PDC）] was table.
