摘 要:利用Si—6偶联剂改性超细CaCO_3,通过直接共混法将改性的CaCO_3和SBS制备CaCO_3/SBS复合材料.利用各种测试手段研究材料的拉伸性能、硬度、热性能、耐老化性能的变化规律.实验结果表明:与纯SBS相比,CaCO_3改性SBS复合材料的硬度明显提高,断裂伸长率降低.材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度呈先增加后降低的变化规律.与此同时,材料的热稳定性、耐老化性能明显改善,但其加工性能却未见明显变化.当100份SBS中添加10份的CaCO_3时,材料的综合性能达到最佳.该方法的研究不仅可以降低SBS的使用成本,而且还开拓了SBS的应用领域.CaCO3/SBS composite material was prepared by direct blending methods with CaCO3 modified by Si-6 coupling agent. Various properties of composite materials were studied in this experiment. It was shown that the hardness of composite materials was improved. But elongation at break of composite materials was decreased. As mean as, the tensile strength and bending strength of composite materials first increase and then decrease. Aging resistance and thermal stability of composite materials was increased compared with that of unmodified SBS. The properties of materials obtain the best results when 100 phr SBS were added by 10 phr CaCO3. This research not only decreases the production cost of SBS but also exploit application on SBS.
