开发区土地集约利用模糊评价研究——广东增城工业园区为例

摘　　要：作为地区经济发展的重要载体,开发区在带动区域产业发展和城市化水平提高方面发挥了举足轻重的作用.但在开发区土地利用中,重扩张轻挖潜、重规模轻效率等问题仍未得到有效解决.本研究建立多层次的评价体系,运用模糊综合评价的方法,对广东增城工业园区土地集约利用程度进行量化评价,并试图探讨促进开发区土地集约利用的途径和措施.As an important carrier of regional economic development, Development Zone is important to driving the development of regional industry and improving the urbanization level. However, because of placing more emphasis on expansion than potentiality explortation and caring more about scale than efficiency, to some extent in the use of land, the convergence in development zone is not obviously embodied. The propose of this paper is to evaluate the land use intensity in Zengcheng Development Zone based on fuzzy mathematics and try to put forward countermeasures to improve the level of land use intensity in development zone.
