摘　　要：目的探讨头针治疗对小儿脑性瘫痪粗大运动功能的影响;为进一步开展小儿脑性瘫痪头针治疗的随机对照临床研究提供依据。方法采用头针结合康复训练治疗32例小儿脑性瘫痪患儿,并运用GMFM-66项量表对治疗前后粗大运动功能动态改变以评分法进行测评,运用PEDI量表对治疗前后功能性技巧及照顾者援助中的移动能力情况进行测评。结果经过1个疗程(3个月)治疗后,GMFM-66项分值、PEDI量表功能性技巧及照顾者援助中移动比率分值具有显著上升,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论头针治疗对小儿脑性瘫痪患儿粗大运动功能的改善产生积极的影响;临床开展头针治疗小儿脑性瘫痪大样本、多中心的随机、对照研究具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture on gross motor function in infantile cerebral palsy and provide evidence for a further clinical randomly controlled trial of scalp acupuncture treatment for infantile cerebral palsy. Methods Thirty-two cases of infantile cerebral palsy were treated with scalp acupuncture plus rehabilitation training. Gross motor function was assessed using the GMFM-66 scores before and after treatment for a dynamic change. Functional skills and carer-aided mobility were evaluated using the PEDI before and after treatment. Results The GMFM-66 scores and the PEDI functional skill and cater-aided mobility rate scores increased obviously after one course of treatment （3 months） and there were statistically significant differences compare with before treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Scalp acupuncture treatment produces a positive improving effect on gross motor function in infantile cerebral palsy patients. It is of important significance to conduct a clinical large-sample and multicentre randomized controlled trial of scalp acupuncture treatment for infantile cerebral palsy.
