摘 要:采用CAE方法分析了某新开发的柴油机试验过程中不断出现的冲缸垫与机体顶面变形大故障,发现故障系机体受力后产生严重塑性变形所致。根据分析结果,提出了加长缸盖螺栓长度以加深机体螺孔,同时加深缸盖螺栓孔的沉孔深度,使所有螺纹都处于缸套支承面以下的优化方案,计算与试验结果表明,优化后该柴油机机体的受力变形大幅减少,通过了500h冷热冲击可靠性试验,完成了产品开发。Big problems occurred in the durability test of a new-developed engine.The problems of gas leak and serious deformation of cylinder block are analyzed by CAE.It is found that the problems are caused by plastic deformation because of force on cylinder block.Based on the analysis results,the cylinder head s bolt is lengthened and the bolt hole is arranged deeper,so that all the thread is in the cylinder block.The calculation results showed that the deformation is improved.It passed 500h hot and cold impact test, and the product development is accomplished.
