摘 要:水平井的施工风险和难度随井深的增加而增加,特别是6000m以上的超深水平井存在着较高的施工风险,塔里木盆地东河塘油田油藏深度在5740m左右。目前,该油田已先后完成了20多口超深水平井,完钻井深均在6300m以上。水平井投产后,油气产量明显提高,水平井平均单井油气产量为开发水平井前单井产量的3~5倍。通过在该油田7口水平井的施工探索,超深水平井钻井技术已日臻成熟。针对塔里木盆地东河塘油田自身特点,以东河1-H6井和东河1-H8井为例,从难点分析、优化钻井设计、轨迹控制等方面作了较详细的论述。该油田超深水平井的成功经验,对超深水平井施工有一定的指导和借鉴意义。It is more difficult and hazardous to drill horizontal wells with more than 6000 meters.Over twenty ultra-deep horizontal wells have been completed in Tarim Donghetang Oilfield,with the drilling depth more than 6300m on average.The oil and gas output increases obviously in Donghetang oil-gas region after the horizontal wells are put into operation.As a result the single well output is three to five times higher than before.Based on operation and research of seven horizontal wells,the drilling techniques for ultra-deep horizontal wells are improved and gets more mature.According to the characteristics of Donghetang region,taking Well Donghe1-H6 and Well Donghe1-H8 as example,the optimizing drilling design and trajectory control technology were introduced in detail.
