“TCT”型膨胀式套管外封隔器应用技术研究及现场试验

摘　　要：在高温、高压、超深、高酸性气井固井作业中,存在裸眼封固段长、水泥浆性能难以完全适应工程技术要求等诸多问题,常导致后期完井、试气与投产过程中环空压力升高,从而增加气井投产的安全风险,降低气井的使用寿命。为此,西南油气田公司首次引进了"TCT"型膨胀式套管外封隔器,这种套管外封隔器的控制部件和密封部件设计合理,结构新颖,动作灵活可靠,承压差性能高,耐温性能好,能有效地防止注水泥过程中及封固后油气的上窜或层间窜扰。通过对"TCT"型膨胀式套管外封隔器的应用技术研究及LB地区20井、31井现场试验,达到坐封成功率100%,套管柱试压合格率100%,固井优质率80%以上。In the cementing operation of high temperature,high sulfureted hydrogen,high pressure and the super-deep gas well,for long open hole section,and performance of cement slurry can't meet the need of engineering technology,the risk of the gas well production was increased and the operating life of gas well was decreased.So,Model TCT expansibility external casing packer was introduced into CNPC Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company.The controllable element and sealing element of this packer was designed rationally with 7～28MPa differential pressure and 120℃～150℃temperature bearing capacity.Therefore the packer can effectively prevent oil and gas channeling during and after cementing.The field application proved the Model TCT expansibility external casing packer has high pressure bearing capacity,high reliability and good sealing ability,with a setting success rate of 100%.
