摘 要:针对钻井液滤液颜色较深,采用甲基橙作指标剂滴定时难以判断终点的缺陷,提出了溴甲酚绿作为指示剂测定深色钻井液滤液碱度的方法,便于更加准确地判断钻井液受CO2污染的程度。结合钻井液遭受CO2污染的机理和特点,提出了有效的处理方法和措施。当钻井液受到CO2严重污染,必要时可考虑使用CaCl2进行处理,并在两口井的现场应用中取得了良好效果,较好地解决了深井高密度钻井液受CO2严重污染后难以处理的技术难题。According to such disadvantages as too dark in colour of drilling fluid filtrate and difficulties to determine the end point in titration with methyl orange as indicator,this paper mainly described a method which was to adopt the bromocresol green as an indicator to determine the dark fluid filtrate alkalinity so as to more correctly determine the drilling fluid contamination suffered from CO2.Combined with the CO2 contaminative characteristics,the effective treatment measures have been presented here.When drilling fluid is seriously contaminated by CO2,CaCl2 can be used as necessary and with good results in two wells,which has successfully resolved such technical problems as serious CO2 pollution of high density drilling fluid in deep wells.
