摘 要:传统的暂堵方法主要是依据储层的平均孔喉直径优选暂堵剂的颗粒尺寸,但是对具有较大尺寸的孔喉封堵效果较差。根据吐哈丘东低渗气田储层孔喉尺寸分布规律确定钻井液体系中暂堵剂颗粒粒度分布,设计出理想充填暂堵型钻井液。室内性能评价结果表明,理想充填暂堵型钻井液流变性好,滤失量低。与传统方法相比,该方法设计的钻井液可有效封堵同一储层中不同粒径的孔喉,尤其是较大尺寸的孔喉,对储层岩样的侵入深度较浅,可获得更高的岩心渗透率恢复值及更低的突破压力梯度,降低钻井液污染。APPLICATION OF A NEW IDEAL PACKING TEMPORARY PLUGGING METHOD IN TUHA LOW PERMEABILITY RESERVOIR <Author>ZHANG Fengying1,YAN Jienian1,YANG Guang2 and SHU Yong1(1.MOE Key Laboratory of Petroleum Engineering in China University of Petroleum;2.CNOOC Research Center) The conventional temporary plugging method is optimizing the particle size of temporary bridging agent based on the average pore throat diameter of target formation,but it is difficult to seal the pore throats with large size.According to the distribution features of pores size in Tuha Qiudong low permeability reservoir,the grain-size distribution of temporary bridging agent was determined,a novel ideal packing temporary bridging drilling fluid was developed.The performance evaluation results in lab.indicated that the temporary bridging drilling fluid has good rheological property and low filter loss.Compared with the conventional temporary bridging methods,the ideal packing temporary bridging drilling fluid could plug the pore throats with different size in the same formation effectively,and the invasion depth of the drilling fluid to reservoir was shallower,could obtain higher coefficient of permeability and lower breakthrough pressure gradient and reduce reservoir damage. <Keywords>drilling fluid,ideal packing theory,particle size distribution,return permeability,breakthrough pressure gradient,reservoir protection
