基于资源约束的能源制造业ASD评价——以炼油业为例

摘　　要：中国能源制造业目前正面临资源约束问题,建立评价能源制造业可持续发展的指标体系,评价企业可持续发展能力(ASD),促进企业突破资源、安全、环境、技术、社会资源的制约,是提高基于资源约束的能源制造业ASD的发展路径。The Energy Manufacturing industry,as the basic energy industry,takes a significant position in national economy,and acts as the footstone in one country＇s economy and the foundation of energy resource.Throughout the developmental history of the developed countries,the resource constraint has always been being the bottleneck that is difficult to overstep.This paper expounds the resource constraint issue that Chinese Energy Manufacturing industry currently confronts with based on Refinery Industry,establishes the index system that evaluates Energy Manufacturing sustainable development under the resource constraint,conducts empirical analysis on above index system by adapting statistic analysis software SPSS13.0,evaluates Energy Manufacturing industry ASD（ability of sustainable development） by using above analysis results,and finally puts forwards the path choice of sustainable development for Energy Manufacturing industry under the resource constraint.
