摘 要:[目的]探讨弓形虫感染与不良妊娠结局的关系。[方法]通过检索1999~2009年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP-维普)、万方-数字化期刊全文库等国内发表的有关弓形虫感染与不良妊娠的相关文献,用Meta分析软件Revman 4.2进行分析。[结果]将13个研究结果加权合并,累计病例2990例,TOX感染率10.70%;累计对照4100例,TOX感染率3.49%;合并OR=3.30(95% CI:2.39~4.56)。[结论]国内弓形虫感染与不良妊娠发生有关联。[Objective] To discuss the relationship between the infection of Toxoplasma and the abnormal pregnancy.[Methods]We searched literatures about the relationship between the infection of Toxoplasma and the abnormal pregnancy in CNKI database,VIP database,and Wan fang database,which were published form 1999-2009.The Meta-analysis software,RevMan 4.2 was used to analyze the.[Results]Results of 13 studies were weighted.A total of 2990 cases and 4100 controls were collected.The Toxoplasma infection rate of the cases and controls was respectively 10.7% and 3.49%.The odds ratio was 3.30(95%CI:2.39-4.65).[Conclusion]Toxoplasma infection is associated with the incidence of abnormal pregnancy in our country.
