吉安市2008年5岁以下儿童死亡监测及质控结果分析

摘　　要：[目的]通过调查吉安市5岁以下儿童死亡监测上报情况,探讨其死亡率、死亡原因及漏报情况。[方法]2008年组织有关人员对吉安市各地5岁以下儿童死亡漏报情况进行抽样调查,并对有关资料进行整理分析。[结果]5岁以下儿童死亡监测质控后其新生儿、婴儿、5岁以下儿童死亡率分别为7.0‰、9.8‰、13.7‰,与监测上报结果相比均有上升,新生儿、婴儿、5岁以下儿童死亡漏报率分别为24.3%、21.6%、20.0%。[结论]吉安市5岁以下儿童死亡存在不同程度的漏报现象,应加强该市儿童死亡监测上报质量控制工作。[ Objective] To investigate the reported death cases of the children under 5 years old and to discuss the mortality rate, causes and missing reports in Ji＇an city. [Methods] Investigated the missing death reports of children under 5 years old in Ji＇an city in 2008 and analyzed the data. [ Results] The mortality rates of the newborns, infants, children under 5 years old after the quality control and monitoring were 7.0‰, 9.8‰, and 13.7‰, respectively. The mortality rate increased compared with the reported results of the monitoring. The rates of missing report of death of the newborns, infants, children under 5 years old were 24.3%, 21.6%, and 20.0%. [Conclusions] The missing reports of death among children under 5 years old obviously exist in Ji＇an in 2008. The quality control and monitoring should be strengthened.
