手足口病医院感染的管理

摘　　要：[目的]探讨手足口病医院感染管理的有效方法,预防医院感染的发生。[方法]加强手足口病防治知识的培训,对病区的结构进行适当的改造,建立就诊流程,设立预检分诊处,医护人员实行标准预防,严格执行消毒隔离制度和手卫生规范。[结果]从2009年3～4月共收治手足口病患者452例,无1例医院感染发生。[结论]采取有效的防控对策及消毒隔离措施,是控制手足口病医院感染的关键。[Objective] To explore the effective method of nosocomial infection management about foot-hand -mouth disease, to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection. [Methods] Strengthened the training of the knowledge for foot-hand - mouth disease, appropriately modified the structure of the wards, and established seeking medical advice process. Established the department for previewing triage. Medical staff was required for standard prevention, strict performance of disinfection and isolation and Hand hygiene practice. [ Results ] From 2009 March to April there were totally 452 cases of Hand-foot-mouth disease. Of all, no one nosocomial infection happened. [ Conclusion] Effective countermeasures of prevention, disinfection and isolation are the keys to control nosocomial infection of the foot-hand -mouth disease.
