摘 要:[目的]了解新疆地区艾滋病护理师资培训效果。[方法]运用参与式教学对艾滋病高发区的50名护理骨干进行艾滋病师资培训,通过培训前后匿名填写艾滋病知识问卷、培训反馈等方式评价培训效果。[结果]培训后学员艾滋病各项知识、接纳态度均有所提高(P﹤0.01),但对一些问题仍然存在歧视的观点;学员反馈很有收获,对培训内容、教学方式等的满意度均在96%以上;开发了领导层意识,学员回单位后的培训工作、参与式教学已不同程度的开展。[结论]针对护理骨干进行艾滋病师资培训是十分必要和有效的。护理人员的艾滋病培训工作在各地已蓬勃开展、艾滋病防护意识已深入人心,但在态度转变、参与式教学的运用、师资特别是少数民族师资力量的培养、工作的持续性等方面还需要进一步的强化和探索。[Objective] To know the training effect among nursing trainers in Xinxiang area. [Methods] Participating teaching was applied to train 50 nurses m areas with high prevalence rates of AIDS in Xinjiang. Assessed the training effect by means of feedback and anonymous questionnaire before and after the training program. [ Results] Nurses' AIDS knowledge and attitude were improved (P 〈 0.01 ) after training program, but there were still some problems of discrimination. Nurses'satisfaction was more than 96% on the content of the training and teaching methods. The leadership began to carry out the training program in different ways after the nurses went back to work. [Conclusion] AIDS training is essential and effective for nurses. AIDS training program for nurses has been developed. People began to have awareness of AIDS prevention. However, changes of attitude, the use of participating teaching, the training of teachers (particularly the minority teachers) and the sustainability of training program and so on need to be further explored and enhanced.
