某污灌区蔬菜中有机提取物对小鼠肝肾功能的影响

摘  要:[目的]研究某污灌区农产品中有机污染物对小鼠肝肾组织的氧化损伤。[方法]选取某污灌农田出产的大白菜为研究对象(下称"污灌区"),地下水灌溉农田出产的大白菜为对照(下称"对照区"),采用超声振荡法提取大白菜中的有机污染物,对小鼠灌胃法染毒,共分为5组:对照组(用二甲亚砜染毒),对照区低剂量组、对照区高剂量组、污灌区低剂量组、污灌区高剂量组,每日染毒1次,连续染毒2周。测定肝肾功能指标:草转转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、γ谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、尿酸(UA)、肌肝(Cr)、尿素氮(UN)。[结果]与对照组比较,污灌区高剂量组GGT活性增高(P﹤0.05);污灌区高剂量组的UA含量高于对照区相同染毒剂量组(P﹤0.01)。[结论]该污灌区大白菜中有机提取物中含有致小鼠肝肾功能损伤的有机污染物。[Objective]To study the Oxidative damage of organ extraction of agricultural products from sewage irrigation area on the mice hepatic and renal. [Methods] Organ extractions were obtained from pollution area and control area, and or-ganic pollutant was extracted by using supersonic. The mice were poisoned by lavage, and divided into five groups: control group (dimethylsulfoxide exposure), low dose control group, high dose control group, low dose experimental group and high dose experimental group. We poisoned mice once per day for 14 days. The AST, ALT, GGT, UA, Cr and UN were detected. [Results] Compared with the control groups, GGT were heighten in the high dose experimental group (P﹤0.05), and the UA in experimental group were significantly higher than controls with the same dosage (P﹤0.01). [Conclusion] Organ extraction of vegetable from sewage irrigation area could cause hepatic and renal function damage in mice.
