电视胸腔镜辅助小切口手术治疗肺曲菌球病12例

摘　　要：目的:探讨电视胸腔镜辅助小切口(VAMT)在肺曲球菌病行肺切除术的可行性、适应症和意义。方法:应用VAMT肺切除术治疗肺曲菌球病12例。采用常规开胸手术器械与内镜器械相结合直视操作行肺叶切除术。结果:12例VAMT肺切除术顺利完成.平均手术时间130m in,平均住院时间9.4d,无死亡,术后并发症少。结论:VAMT可有选择地应用于肺曲菌球病的手术治疗,适应症广,具有创伤小、疼痛轻、恢复快、切口美观等优点,值得推广。Objective： On video - assisted minithoracotomy （ VAMT）in various types of pulmonary resection of the pulmonary aspergilloma. Method： VAMT pneumonectomy for the treatment of pulmonary aspergilloma in 12 cases,using conventional thoraic surgical instruments and endoscopic instruments combined operation with open pneumonectomy . Result： 12 cases of pneumonectomy by VAMT successfully completed, the average operation time was 130 min,the average hospitalization time was 9.4 days, no death,There＇s less postoperative complications. Conclusion：VAMT can be selectively applied the multiple pneumonectomies of pulmonary aspergilloma, with less trauma, less pain, recovery quicker and incision anesthetic advantages, should be promoted extensively.
