中西医结合治疗盆腔瘀血综合征

摘　　要：目的：运用中西医结合方法治疗盆腔瘀血综合征的临床疗效。方法：西药以及采用桂枝茯苓丸及益气化瘀汤加减,7d为一疗程,治疗2-4个疗程。结果：痊愈40例,显效13例,无效3例,总有效率94.6%。结论：采用中西医结合方法治疗盆腔瘀血综合征疗效明显。Objective： To study the clinical effect of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine （ ITCWM ） in treating pelvic congestion syndrome. Method： The treatment will take the western medicine and the Chinese herbal medicine which are cassia tuckahoe capsule and the soup for regulate the breath flow and take silt,The treatment will continue 2 or 4 courses with 7 days for a course. Result： The recovery in all patients were 40 cases. The effective were 13 cases. The inemcacy were 3 cases. The total effective rate was 94.6%. Conclusion： The curative effect of ITCWM in treating pelvic congestion syndrome is clear.
