摘　　要：网络环境下,高校图书馆的文献建设工作面临着极大的挑战,图书采访作为图书馆工作的重要一环也受到了巨大的冲击。根据目前的具体情况,文章分析了传统图书采访方式的弊端,论述了改变图书采访模式的必要性,提出了建立学科选书馆员制度的作用。In network environment, document building of uuiversity library faces with great challenges, book acquisition as an important part of library work has been a tremendous impact. According to the specific circumstances of the prescnt, the article analyzed drawbacks of traditional book acquisition, discussed the necessity of changeing book acquisition mode. It proposed the role of the subject selection librarians system.
