摘  要:采用无甲醛整理剂乙二醛对竹原纤维织物进行抗皱整理,通过正交试验和测试织物的折皱回复角、断裂强力等指标确定了乙二醛用于竹原纤维织物抗皱整理优化工艺:乙二醛体积分数为8%,共反应剂乙二醇体积分数为10%,焙烘温度170℃,焙烘时间6 min。经过乙二醛整理后织物的急弹折皱回复角可达到232.1°,比未整理织物要高出150°,缓弹折皱回复角达到258.6°,高出未整理织物140°。This paper introduces the anticockle treatment on original bamboo fiber fabrics with formaldehydeless finishing agent that is glyoxal. The optimal techniques were confirmed by orthogonal experiments and testing the properties of fabrics ,such as creasing recovery angle and breaking tenacity. The results are that the concentration of glyoxal is 8%, the concentration of glycol is 10%, the baking temperature and time is 170 ℃ and 6 min. The rapid-creasing recovery angle of finished fabric with glyoxal is 232.1° which is 150° bigger than unfinished fabric's, also the slow-creasing recovery angle is 258.6° which is 140° bigger than unfinished fabric's.
