摘　　要：本文阐述了胶印新闻纸表面强度对印刷过程的影响;探讨了如何通过调整纸页成型过程、优化浆网速比、成型辊真空度、唇板浆料流量、平面真空箱真空度、加载单元加载条件、压榨部速差以及复卷工艺等手段,来提高纸页的表面强度,减少新闻纸在印刷过程中出现掉毛掉粉的现象。This article describes the influences of offset newsprint＇s surface strength on the printing process; discusses how to improve the paper surface strength and reduce newsprint＇s linting and dusting problem during printing process by adjusting the paper sheet forming process, optimizing the ratio of stock speed and wire speed, vacum degree of forming roll, stock flow of lip,vaccum degree of plate vacuum box, loading condition of loading unit, speed difference of press section and rewinding technology.
