摘　　要：按照《放射工作人员职业健康检查表》,对某厂放射性工作人员进行了健康体检。调查结果表明,高血压阳性率18.70%;晶状体混浊阳性率33.66%;白细胞减少的发生率为4.61%,血小板减少的发生率8.77%;外周血淋巴细胞微核率为1.68‰,染色体畸变率为0.68%;HbSAg阳性率为3.32%;胸部X线摄片显示肺病变率为3.6%,心电图异常率为25.6%,B超异常率为32.0%;免疫球蛋白检测结果在正常范围。Health examination was made for radiation workers of a plant according to the Occupational Health Examination for Radiation Workers. The results show the positive rate of hypertension and crystalline lens corneae was 18.7% and 33.66%,respectively;the rate of leukopenia and thrombocytopenia was 4.61% and 8.77%;themicronuleus and chromosome aberrations were 1.68‰ and 0.68%,the positive rate of HbsAg was 3.32%;the rate of lung disease was 3.6% from the chest X ray radiography,electrocardiogram abnormal and ultrasound abnormal was 25.6% and 32.0 %.the content of Immune globulin were in normal range.
