摘　　要：本文从以市场换技术与自主创新的内在联系、FDI与"核心技术之殇"的因果关联、FDI对自主创新的积极影响三个方面,讨论和回答了有关对自主创新与FDI关系的诸种困惑与质疑,指出从以市场换技术转向自主创新,不仅不是对FDI的排斥,而是在更大范围、更高水平上对FDI的利用。Based on the analysis of the interrelationship between market for technology and indigenous innovation, the causality between FDI and the death of core technology and the advantageous effects of FDI upon indigenous innovation, the present essay aims to give detailed discussions of those problems and puzzles as to the relationship between indigenous innovationand FDI. The author wants to show that the transformation from exchange market for technologyto indigenous innovation will prove not to be the exclusion of FDI, but in fact the employment of FDI in a much wider scope and on a much higher lever than before.
