摘 要:在节电PID恒压供水系统中,由于用水量的差别较大,必然存在不同功率的水泵间的切换,而切换期间必然会出现了水压波动过大,传统的PID控制方法失效的问题。本文引入输出最大频率+最佳预测频率值+PID控制的策略作为切换期间的控制方法,通过计算机在每一次切换之后使用递推加权方法自动学习获得最佳预测频率值,不断提高控制精度,减少水压的波动和切换的时间,实现从切换时期开环控制到PID闭环控制的良好过渡。Owing to obvious difference in the volume of water, dim - out PID constant voltage water supply system has exchanges among pumps of different powers; however, during this period, traditional PID control method is likely to become invalid due to big pressure surges. To solve this problem, the essay introduces the strategy of export maximal frequency + best forecasting frequency + PID control as the control method for exchange. Such strategy means than computers automated learning and get best forecasting frequency by recursive weighted formula after each exchange, improve control accuracy and reduce pressure surges and exchange time, so as to realize good transition from open - loop control at exchange time to PID closed - looped control
