摘 要:用已建立的白桦离体再生培养体系对20个白桦杂交优树(Betula platyhylly×Betula pendula)腋芽进行了离体培养,比较它们腋芽再生和愈伤组织再生情况,并分析了无性繁殖的变异情况。结果表明:20个优树腋芽启动率存在的差异较大,最高的为4号和7号优树,为75.0%,最低的为17号优树,仅24.4%;3号和16号优树的启动率较高,分别为63.1%、61.3%;3号和16号优树在腋芽增殖和愈伤组织再生途径中长势都比其它植株好,选择它们用于工厂化育苗,可以满足造林和生产需要。Axillary buds of twenty superior hybrid individuals ( Betula platyphylla x B. pendula) were cultured using the established in vitro regeneration system of birch. The difference in asexual propagation of all the superior birch trees was analysed in terms of the regeneration of axillary buds and callus induction. An obvious difference in the initiation rate of shoots derived from the sprouted axillary buds were found between the 20 superior trees, among which No. 4 and No. 7 showed the highest initiation rate (75 percent), No. 17 exhibited the lowest one (24.4 percent), and No. 3 and No. 16 displayed the higher ones (63.1 percent and 61.3 percent). However, in the process of axillary propagation and callus regeneration, the growing situation of No. 3 and No. 16 was better than that of the others. Therefore, No. 3 and No. 16 superior birch trees could be selected for the industrialized seedling production in order to meet the need of afforestation and production.
