摘 要:应用均匀设计法筛选钻天柳最适合的培养基。结果表明,钻天柳组织培养的不同阶段需要不同的培养基。最适合的嫩叶柄愈伤组织诱导培养基为:MS+KT 2.00 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,诱导率为95.5%;嫩叶柄愈伤组织不定芽的分化培养基为:MS+6-BA 3.90 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L,分化率为98%;生根培养基为:1/2MS+IBA 0.07 mg/L,生根率达99%以上。成功建立了钻天柳嫩叶柄再生体系。An experiment was conducted to study the optimal culture medium for Chosenia arbutifolia by uniform design using tender leafstalks as explants. Results showed that C. arbutifolia required different kinds of euhure media in different cultivation phases. The most suitable euhure mediums were obtained as MS supplemented with KT 2.00 mg/L and NAA 0.05 mg/L for callus induction with an induction rate of 95.5% , MS with 6-BA 3.90 mg/L and NAA 0.01 mg/L for callus multiplication with a multiplication rate of 98%, and 1/2MS with IBA 0.07 mg/L for rooting with a rooting rate of more than 99%. Plant regeneration system in tender leafstalks of C. arbutifolia was successfully established.
