摘　　要：分析了上海市某区二级公立综合性医院的资源状况及运行绩效,提出了应增加医院卫生技术人员的稳定性,关注医疗安全和医疗费用,并明确提出了二级公立综合性医院是我国卫生事业的中坚力量。The resources and performances of the secondary-level public general hospitals in one district in Shanghai were analyzed.To suggest that the stability of the health professional in the hospitals should be enhanced and that the medical safety and medical expenses of the hospitals should be concemed with.And to indicate that the secondary-level public general hospitals are the important intermediate forces in the health care system in China.
