摘　　要：2008年斯德哥尔摩世界水周研讨会讨论的主要议题有:水安全和水供应、涉水卫生及卫生设施问题,气候变化对水资源和人类生存的影响,亚洲、北非和中东以及欧美等国家和地区的水安全问题,流域水资源的综合管理以及废水处理和粮食安全问题等。综述了国际水问题的研究动态,即多途径多目标的可持续的综合性水资源管理,节约利用和保护全球有限的水资源,维持自然、社会和生态系统的和谐和可持续发展。This paper analyzed the main themes of World water Week in Stockholm, August 17-23, 2008. There are more than 100 plenary sessions, seminars, workshops and side events under the overarehing theme, namely Progress and Prospects on Water： For a Clean and Healthy World with Special Focus on Sanitation. In addition to the diverse aspects of sanitation, issues concerning Water and Climate, Water Resources Management, Environment and Ecosystems, Wastewater Treatment, Energy and Food Security and Transboundary Water, were prominent discussed throughout the week. It also pointed out the research trends of international water problems in this paper. Finding multi-objective and multi-way to implementation comprehensive water resources management, saving and protecting the limited water resources on the earth are inevitable request to keep the Nature, Society and Ecosystem sustainable development.
