中部六省对外开放度的实证研究：2000-2007

摘　　要：通过构建外贸依存度、外资依存度、对外开放度等指标体系,对2000-2007年中部六省的对外开放度进行了测度和分析。研究结果表明:2000-2007年中部六省的的对外开放度呈现出不断增长的发展态势,但与全国相比依然处于非常低的发展水平。中部六省外资依存度达到或接近全国平均水平,但外贸依存度与全国相比依然存在非常大的差距,处于很低的水平,说明中部六省的对外贸易在对外开放中的贡献非常低。基于省际的发展来看,中部六省对外开放也不均衡,六省中安徽省的对外开放度最高,河南省最低。By building index systems, such as degree of foreign trade dependency, degree of foreign capital dependency and degree of openness, this paper measures and analyzes the openness of six central provinces based on the data of 2000-2007. Research indicates that the openness of six central provinces from 2000 to 2007 expands rapidly, but Compared with the whole country, it is still at a fairly low level. Degree of foreign capital dependency of six central provinces has reached or is approaching the national average level, but degree of foreign trade dependency has lagged behind the national level and is still fairly low, which indicates foreign trade of six central provinces in opening makes a small contribution to the whole country. Based on provincial development, degree of openness of six central provinces is not balanced. Openness degree of Anhui province in six central provinces is the maximum and Henan province is the minimum.
