摘 要:国内常采用三聚氰胺石棉制作矿用电气设备中的各种绝缘件。但其吸水率较高,受潮后绝缘电阻会大幅度下降,尺寸膨胀也较大。作者用BMC—M低收缩玻璃纤维增强不饱和聚酯模塑料与上塑33—3三聚氰胺石棉压塑料及电气酚醛塑料的主要性能进行了比较和测试。结果表明:前者电气和机械性能优越,可提高电气设备在井下潮湿环境中的使用安全性,是一种更新换代的固体电工绝缘材料。in China the insulated parts were usually made of tripolycyanamide asbestos. Owing to its strong water suction, the resistance of the material would widely drop after wetted, the dimension of which inflated and deformed comparatively. Through test and experiment taken by the writer, comparison was made in the main behaviour among the three kinds of material, viz. 1) BMC-M low-shrinkage glass fibre strenghthened and non-saturated polyester molding plastic, 2) SHANGSU 33-3 tripolycyanamide asbestos pressed plastic and 3) Electic bakelite.The result showed the electrical and mechanical property of the first one was of most superiority in this respect. It is a renewed and generation-alternated solid insulated material to be used in the dank surroundings underground with much more safety.
