新型湿式除尘器的冷态模化试验研究

摘　　要：提出了一种新型湿式除尘器方案，可在现有水膜除尘器的基础上对２００ＭＷ以下锅炉机组的除尘器进行改造．冷态模化试验结果表明，在不改变引风机和水耗的前提下，新型湿式除尘器的除尘效率可达到９８％，烟气带水量明显减少．A scheme of novel wet duster is presented.For the boiler of 200 MW and lower,the novel duster can be constructed from reforming its existing duster.The cold model experimental results show that the dusting efficiency of novel wet duster can reach 98% under that the original ventilator and water consumption remain unchanged,and the moisture of flue gas can be decreased obviously.
