摘 要:微生物对磁场的变化敏感。试验在前期试验发现磁处理后土壤中细菌数量下降的基础上,采用连续培养、室内模拟的方法,详细研究了磁处理棕壤后对土壤中几种细菌的影响。研究发现磁处理棕壤后并不是土壤中所有种属的细菌数量都下降,氨化细菌的数量降低,硝化细菌的数量增加,300mT和500mT处理磷细菌数量显著增加。各种细菌数量均在磁处理后的第1~7d表现出较强的磁效应,存在滞后和衰退现象。The microorganisms have distinct sensitivity to magnetic field variation. This study was based on the former research that the bacteria amount had decreased after magnetic treatment. Methods of indoor simulation and continuous culture were applied to study the effects of magnetic treatment on some kinds of bacteria in Brown Earth. The results obtained that not it was not all kinds of the bacteria that were declining after magnetic treatment, and the ammonifers amount fell down and the nitrobacteria amount went up, and the phosphate bacteria amount was increasing by 300mT, 500mT magnetic treatment. All kinds of bacteria showed great magnetic effect afer treatment from 1 to 7 days, with delay and recession phenomena.
