摘　　要：详细介绍了动植物多糖的常见提取、分离纯化方法的最新研究进展,并比较了各种方法的优缺点.每种方法都有各自的优缺点,在提取时应根据所选材料的性质选用不同的方法,有些方法在一定的条件下可与别的方法协同作用,并对糖的含量测定及分析鉴定方法的研究进展作了概述.This paper reviews the extraction, separation and purification methods of animal and plant polysaccharides, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, appropriate method should be selected according to the nature of the chosen material, and some of these methods can be synergy with other methods under certain conditions. In addition, analysis and identification of polysaccharides are outlined.
