摘  要:结合三峡电站直埋式蜗壳结构建立有限元模型,分别计算分析了钢衬和外围混凝土间按常规共节点和考虑摩擦接触时结构的静动力特性,并对考虑摩擦接触模型在各项静动荷载作用下的接触间隙进行了研究,对比了不同方案外围混凝土的静动态损伤特性及结构的振动响应,选取不同脉动压力相似比对接触间隙和结构振动响应进行敏感性分析,验证了接触界面模型的合理性。研究结果可对后续直埋式蜗壳在高HD值水电站中的设计应用提供参考。This paper established a finite element model for Three Gorges Project (TGP) and performed a nonlinear static and dynamic analysis. Two cases of contact state between the spiral case and surrounding concrete, i.e. full bond and contact, are considered. In this paper, firstly, the contact clearance was researehed under static and dynamic loads. The numerical results of the model with contact were compared with the results of the model sharing the same nodes between steel-spiral case and surrounding concrete. The sensitivity analysis of different similarity ratio on the responses (such as the contact clearance, the vibration response) of the spiral case was implemented. The rationality of the contact model was proved by the simulated results of the practical directly-embedded spiral case. The conclusion of this work could be used as a primary guidance to the design for future engineering.
