摘 要:通过水培试验研究了不同浓度锰处理(0μmol.L-1、1 000μmol.L-1、5 000μmol.L-1、8 000μmol.L-1、12 000μmol.L-1和15 000μmol.L-1)对垂序商陆抗氧化系统的影响。结果表明:锰处理15 d与30 d相比较,两者过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性及H2O2含量与O2-产生速率的变化趋势基本一致。POD和CAT活性随锰处理浓度增加而上升,在高锰浓度下其活性上升明显,高达12 000μmol.L-1时活性最高;H2O2含量随锰处理浓度增加呈现先下降后上升的趋势;O2-产生速率与SOD活性随锰处理浓度增加均逐步上升。垂序商陆的抗氧化酶系统一直对其机体在胁迫逆境中起着重要的防御和抵制作用。The effects of manganese stress on activity of antioxidant enzymes in the leaves of Phytolacea americana (Phytolaccaceae) were studied through hydroponics. The results showed that the changing pattern of activities of peroxidase ( POD), catalase( CAT), superoxide dismutase ( SOD), H2O2 contents and O2- generating rates in the manganese stress for 15 days were basically similar to that for 30 days. The activities of POD and CAT rose with the increase of concentration of manganese, and significantly rose with the stress of higher concentration of manganese, and became highest when the concentration of manganese was 12 000 μmol·L^-1. H2O2 contents declined first and then rose with the rising of manganese concentration. The generating rates of O2- and the activities of SOD increased with the rising of manganese concentration. Thus, the active oxygen - scavenging system in the body of Phytolacca americana played an important role in defense and resistance against stress circumstances.
