体育运动与艾滋病的研究现状

摘　　要：通过综述研究发现,体育运动能够有效提高艾滋病毒感染者及艾滋病患者的免疫机能和心理健康水平,增强其抗病能力,延缓病情发展,有效提高艾滋病患者的生存和生活质量,但一定要掌握好运动量和运动方式。同时,我国体育工作者应加强对艾滋病患者参加体育运动方面的研究,为艾滋病患者提供更多的服务及人文关怀。The systematic study find that Sports can effectively improve people living with HIV and AIDS patient＇s immune function and mental health, and it will also enhance its resistance to disease, slow the progression of the disease, to effectively improve the quality of survival and life of AIDS patients, but must find a good amount of exercise and the way of sports. At the same time, China g sports workers should be strengthened to participate in research on sports with AIDS, to provide services and more humane care with AIDS.
