摘　　要：水平井在油田开发中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文中分析了水平井的分类、适用油藏条件,总结了国内外分支水平井、大位移水平井、套管钻井、连续油管钻井、以及配套的欠平衡技术、随钻测量(MWD)、随钻测井(LWD)、导向技术等水平井技术的发展状况,指出了中国水平井方面的不足和发展方向。The horizontal well is playing more and more important role in developing oilfields. Classifications and applicable reservoirs are analysised. Branch horizontal well, Extended reach horizontal well, Casing drilling, Coiled tubing drilling and Underbalanee drilling, MWD,LWD,Teering technologys in all world are sμmmaryed in this paper,meanwhile, the deficiency of Chinese horizontal well and development direction are discussed.
