文72块沙三中油藏清盐防垢技术的研究及应用

摘　　要：文南油田文72块沙三中油井的盐垢现象严重,成份分析表明其化学组成以Na+为主,含有少量的Ca2+,Mg2+,HCO3-等离子。通过室内研究和现场试验FAP和KFN有机防盐剂表明:化学防盐工艺简单,施工方便,成本低,见效快。Summary By analysis its chemical compoments,the scale in 砂三中 is maimly composed of Na^＋ and a little amount of Ca^2＋,Mg^2＋,HCO3^- the etc. By analysising scaling condition of, a large mumber of oil well and doing a lot of experiments indoors under dynamic and static state ,we conclude the scaling principle and analysis the affecting factors,finally we choose FAP and KFN as organic agent to prevent salt formation . The research indoors and test at the spot indicate ： the chemcal preventing craft is simple and convenient ,its cost is very low and its effect is quick.
