摘  要:过热水与常温常压水相比其突出的性能是电离常数大和介电常数小,因而过热水自身具备酸碱催化功能和能同时溶解有机物和无机物的特性。这些优异性能使它既可作为有机化学反应的催化剂,又可用作反应物和溶剂。介绍了过热水的物理化学性质,综述了稠油中含硫、含氧及含氮官能团的脂肪族和芳香族有机化合物在200℃到350℃温度范围内与过热水的反应。并阐述了过热水的这种特殊性在其它领域中应用。Comparing with the water at room temperature and atmospheric pressure, the superheated water has the important properties of big ionization constant and small dielectric constant, so the superheated water itself has the acid--base catalytic function and can dissolve the organics and inorganic matters. With these excellent properties, superheated water can be used as the catalyst of the organic chemical reaction, and the reactant and solvent. In this paper, the physical chemistry properties of the superheated water were introduced, the reaction between the superheated water and the aliphatic with functional groups of sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen and the aromatic organic compound at the temperature of 200℃ to 350℃ was sμmmarized, and the application of the properties of the superheated water in other fields were expatiated.
