摘　　要：《孙子兵法》的战略战术原则与组织管理思想有许多相通之处,许多年来成为学术研究及实务操作的热点。结合《孙子兵法》与《易经》的思想,解析当今世界局势的发展及具体管理经营的策略,以其中的全胜思维、超越竞争、谦和服务、自由与纪律之关系等方面为例,阐明孙子思想的博大精深。今日建立兵法经营学须深刻体会、挖掘孙子思想,与现代经济及国际局势相参照,取其典要,融会贯通,或可对既往之管理理论有所补益。The strategic and tactical principles in Military Science of Sun Tzu have many similarities with the ideas of organization and management;therefore,Military Science of＂ Sun Tzu has been the hotspot of academic research and practical experience. Combined Military Science of Sun Tzu and Book of＂ Changes, the development of current world situation and specific management and operation strategies have been analyzed in this article. Extensive and profound Sun Tzu thoughts have been expounded through overall victory thinking, surpassing competition, modest and gentle service, and the relationship between freedom and discipline, etc. At present, the construction of strategic business science demands that Sun Tzu thoughts should be deeply understood and studied,modern economics and international situation should be referred, the essence should be absorbed, utilized and thoroughly acquainted with, which will be beneficial to former management theories.
