摘　　要：中国传统兵家思想博大精深,蕴涵着丰富的战略管理思想,对当代经营管理有着重要的借鉴作用。以兵家经典著作《孙子兵法》、《吴子》等为依据,从战略管理的视角出发,分析兵家思想和现代企业经营管理理论融合的基础,提出了跨文化的战略管理概念,并在分析西方战略管理模式的基础上提出了一个基于兵家思想的企业战略管理模式。Chinese traditional military thought is extensive and profound, contains rich military management thinking, and has significant guiding function to modern business management. On the basis of military classics, such as Military Science of Sun Tzu and Wu Tzu ,and so on and from the perspective of military management,the foundation of the combination of military strategists ＇ thought and modern business management theory has been analyzed,trans-cultural militiary management concept has been raised, and an enterprise military management mode, which is founded on the basis of the analysis of western military management mode, has been proposed.
