摘 要:SWOT分析、质量功能配置(QFD)是制定企业策略规划的工具,但传统的SWOT分析不能解决存在于SWOT矩阵中的冲突问题,QFD也存在着对顾客识别不够充分的缺陷。文中利用TR IZ理论改进SWOT分析,将其分析结果作为源输入对QFD进行补充,提出了将SWOT-TR IZ-QFD集成并应用于产品开发策略形成过程的方法。最后通过案例分析验证了该方法的可行性。SWOT analysis and Quality Function Distribution(QFD) are tools for laying down the strategic plan of enterprises,yet the traditional SWOT analysis couldn t solve the conflict problems existed in SWOT matrix,and there exists defects of insufficient customer recognition as well in the QFD.The SWOT analysis was improved by the use of TRIZ theory in this paper.And the results of analysis were used as the source input to complement the QFD.A method that let the SWOT-TRIZ-QFD be integrated together and be applied to the formation course of product development strategy has been put forward. Finally the feasibility of this method was verified by means of case analysis.
