摘  要:为提高大间隙、高转速条件下磁力传动系统的可靠性,研究了行波磁场驱动的大间隙磁力传动技术。在分析系统主动磁极(电磁体)和从动磁极(永磁体)之间运动状态的基础上,确定了系统电磁体磁极状态切换方法和永磁体运动状态的关系,提出了3种系统驱动方案;基于磁路基本原理,通过磁场分析、系统传递力矩计算模型的建立和系统空间磁场的实验研究,确定了具有较强驱动能力的系统设计方案。For the sake of enhancing the reliability of magnetic transmission under the condition of high rotary speed,the large clearance magnetic transmission technology with traveling wave magnetic field drive has been studied.On the basis of analyzing the kinematic states between the system driving magnetic pole(electromagnet) and the driven magnetic pole(permanent magnet),the relationship between the switch over method of the electromagnet magnetic pole status and the kinematic state of permanent magnet in the system was determined, and three kind of driving schemes of the system were put forward. Based on the basic principle of magnetic circuit, through the magnetic field analysis, the establishments of moment transfer calculation model of the system and the experimen- tal study of system spatial magnetic field, the system designing scheme with rather strong driving capability was determined.
