摘 要:基于UHMWPE基复合材料在特殊条件下摩擦磨损性能设计了一台摩擦磨损试验机。试验机主要包括电气控制、数据采集和机械装置3部分。系统结构紧凑,操作方便,克服了传统摩擦磨损试验机体积大、质量大、成本高、试件结构尺寸单一的缺点,同时可研究UHMWPE基复合材料在摩擦条件下的温度场变化规律。摩擦试验结果表明:试验机运转稳定,数据检测方便。A frictional wear testing machine was designed on the basis of studying the UHMWPE based frictional wear performance of composite materials under particular conditions.The testing machine contains mainly three parts of electric control,data collection and mechanical device.The systematic structures were compact,easy operation,thus overcame the shortcomings of large volume,heavy mass,high cost and single dimensioned structure of the traditional frictional wear testing machine.At the same time it is possible to study the temperature field variation law of the UHMWPE based composite materials under friction condition. The result of friction test showed that the testing machine operated steadily, and was convenient for data detection.
