摘  要:在对土工离心机吊篮设计的基础上,采用分块优化设计思想,用Pro/E软件分别对吊篮平台和吊臂设计结构进行优化。以设计结构质量为优化目标,而以设计结构所受最大应力和最大位移为约束条件,找出了结构较合理的参数组合。然后,对吊篮进行结构分析,其刚度和强度均满足设计技术指标。该设计方法减轻了吊篮质量,减少了研制成本,同时改善了离心机转臂和主轴的受力工况。On the basis of the design on suspended basket of geotechnical centrifuge,by adopting the block dividing optimal designing thought and utilizing the Pro/E software to carrying out optimization respectively on the platform of suspension basket and the designing structure of suspension arm.Taking the structural mass of design as the target of optimization and taking the maximum stress received by the designed structure and the maximum displacement as constraint conditions the rather reasonable parametric combination of structure was found out. And then, a structural analysis on the suspended basket was carried through, and its rigidity and strength were all satisfied the technological indexes of design. This designing method decreased the mass of suspended basket and lowered the development and manufacturing cost and at the same time improved the force bearing work condition of the rotary arm and spindle of the centrifuge.
