摘  要:目的综述增加呋喃西林溶解度的方法、各种因素对呋喃西林液体制剂稳定性的影响,比较多种稳定性考察方法的实际应用效果。方法通过查阅国内外文献,进行归纳、分析和综述。结果吐温-80可增溶;二甲基亚砜、山梨酸和醋酸氯己定可增强其抑菌效果;选择适宜灭菌温度、控制灭菌时间可提高呋喃西林液体制剂的稳定性;加入硫代硫酸钠和亚硫酸氢钠做抗氧化剂则使其稳定性降低。结论将科学的质量考察体系与物理、化学增溶方法相结合可提高该制剂的稳定性,提高临床使用效果。Objective To sum up methods of increasing the solubility of Furacilin Solution, and each kind of factors influencing furacilin liquid preparation stability, and compare with practical application effect of many kinds of stable inspection methods. Methods To consult the domestic and foreign literature to do the induction, analysis and the summary. Results Twain-80 can increase the solubility. The dimethylsulfoxide, the sorbic acid and acetic acid chlorine can strengthen its bacteriostasis effect. To choice suitable antiseptic temperature and control antiseptic time may enhance furacilin liquid preparation stability. On the contrary, it may reduce the stability when mixing the antioxidants agents such as the sodium hyposulfite and the sodium bisulfite. Conclusions It may enhance the stability and the clinical using effect by unifying the scientific quality inspection system and physics, chemistry solubilizing methods.
