摘  要:为分析AFLP标记与羽色性状的相关性,此研究在利用64对引物对黑、白羽半番鸭及其母本(闽农白鸭和莆田黒鸭)池DNA进行AFLP标记全面筛查,获得3个差异带(H1、H2和H3)的基础上,再次利用AFLP技术分别对上述4个群体的全部个体进行检测,进一步验证这3个AFLP标记是否为半番鸭白羽性状特有或与其相关。结果发现,H1、H2和H3这3个差异带在黑羽半番鸭和莆田黒鸭中均不表达;在白羽半番鸭中以H1的频率最高达89%,H3的频率最低只有52%;在闽农白鸭中H1的频率也达到81%。以此表明差异带H1可作为半番鸭白羽性状辅助选择的一个分子标记。The object of this study is to analyze relationship between AFLP marker and plumage trait in mule duck. It was a foundation that AFLP markers on DNA pools of black-plumage mule duck, white-plumage mule duck, Putian black duck and Minnong white duck were entirely screened with 64 sets of primers and the 3 specific bands,which were HI, H2 and H3, were obtained. All individuals of the 4 populations were detected to further validate that the 3 AFLP markers would be particular or related to the white plumage trait of mule duck by means of AFLP technique, respectively. The results showed that the specific bands were not found in black- plumage mule duck and Putian black duck. In white-plumage mule duck, the frequency of H1 was the highest, reaching 89%, and the frequency of H1 was the lowest, only 52%. Moreover, the frequency of H1 was 81% in Minnong white duck. These results suggested that the specific band H1 could be a molecular marker for assistant selection of white plumage trait in mule duck.
