摘　　要：在《1844年经济学哲学手稿》中,马克思阐述了异化劳动理论及人的本质,并且指明了异化扬弃的途径,即消灭私有制,实现共产主义,从而达到人的本质的真正复归。马克思虽然没有明确的关于社会主义异化的论述,但是这位导师对于人的异化的一系列阐述,对于我国社会主义初级阶段的建设同样有着重要的启示意义。In the ＂Economic and Philosophical Manuscripts of 1844＂, Marx expounded the theory of alienated labor and human nature, and pointed out the way of alienation discarding, namely the eradication of private ownership and the realization of communism, so as to achieve the true reversion of essence of man. Marx described a series of people＇s alienation, which also has important instructive meanings for the construction of the initial stage of socialism in China.
