摘  要:研究了机械性能和耐蚀性对材料在液固两相流中冲刷腐蚀的作用。结果表明,即使在弱酸性液固两相流中,材料的耐蚀性对冲刷腐蚀作用最大,机械性能只在冲刷速度高时才有作用,且在材料耐蚀性相近时,其作用才有显著表现。材料的性能影响不同冲刷角度时的冲刷腐蚀规律。对于T10钢等脆性材料,冲刷腐蚀失重随冲刷角度增大而单调增加,在冲刷角为90°时最大。而塑性材料1Cr17Mo2的冲刷腐蚀失重在30°左右时出现峰值,在90°时为最大。The effects of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of materials on the erosion-corrosion(E-C)in liquid-solid slurry were investigated using rotating method test apparatus with plate specimen lt was showed that the influence of corrosion resistance on the E-C weight loss rate with variant flow velocities was much greater than that of mechanical properties in weak acidic media.However,the characteristics of the E-C with variant impact angle was determined by the mechanical properties for the brittle materials,the weight loss rate increased with the increasing of impact angle and got to the maximum at 90 degree,while for ductile materials,the weight loss rate had a peak value at approximately 30 degree and reached to maximum at 90 degree.
