摘　　要：提起独立学院,人们多从"独立"一词的含义来认识独立学院,但实际上独立学院许多方面的不独立已成为制约其生存发展的主要瓶颈。本文主要分析了阻碍独立学院"独立"进程的诸多因素,并提供了破解独立学院"独立"困境的多维路径。When referring to independent college, people usually learn about the independence of independent college from the concept of ＂independent＂, but actually many aspects of independent college＇s dependence has become the main bottleneck of the college＇s survival and development. The paper mainly analyzes the factors that hinder the independent process of independent college and offers many ways to resolve the independent plight of independent college.
