摘　　要：浙江独立学院的兴办是多重因素共同作用的结果,从1999年4月宁波大学科学技术学院创办至今,浙江独立学院正好走过了10年,经历了三个发展阶段。浙江独立学院十年办学之路为中国高等教育改革提供了具有浙江特色的基本经验,即坚持以"浙江精神"为办学指引,采用渐进式改革模式,确保地方政府与高等学校良性互动,推动高等学校与社会(市场)优势互补,最终实现外延增长与内涵发展同步并举。School-running of independent colleges in Zhejiang results from multiple reasons. Since Science and Technology College of Ningbo University was established in April, 1999, independent colleges in Zhejiang have crossed three developing stages for 10 years. The developing process of independent colleges in Zhejiang provides some feasible experiences for higher education reform of China. That is, with the direction of ＂Zhejiang Spirit＂, adopting progressive reforming mode, keeping a good interaction between local government and higher learning institutions, promoting mutual complementarity between higher learning institutions and society/market, ultimately achieving the targets of quantity expansion and quality improvement.
